 | Level 1 - First Time Skier |
 | Level 2 - Cautious Novice. You have skied once or twice, are
able to turn and stop on very gentle terrain. (not up chairlift yet) |
 | Level 3 - Confident Novice. You make round linked turns with
confidence. ( not up chairlift yet) |
 | Level 4 - Cautious Intermediate. You ski green runs but are
cautious with speed. |
 | Level 5 - Intermediate. You ski green runs with confidence,
are a little cautious on steep blue runs. |
 | Level 6 - Confident Intermediate. You ski all blue runs with
confidence and have the confidence to attempt a black run. |
 | Level 7 - Aggressive Intermediate. You ski all black runs but
have difficulty skiing them with style. You enjoy the challenge of
moguls. |
 | Level 8 - Advanced. You ski the entire mountain and enjoy the
challenge of Double Black Diamond terrain. |
 | Red Stars - First Time Skier. The fun starts here. (handle
tow) |
 | Yellow Triangles - Able to stop and control speed using a
snowplow on very gentle terrain. (Platter lift) |
 | Orange Triangles - Able to link snowplow turns on easy
green runs. (Toby Chair) |
 | Green Circles - Can do consistent snowplow turns on more
difficult green runs. Has no problem controlling speed with a snowplow.
(Quad Chair) |
 | Green Squares - Aggressive snowplow skiers in this group
can ski green and blue runs and are beginning to ski parallel. (Quad
and Horizon Chair) |
 | Blue Squares - Can ski parallel and handle blue runs with
ease and they have the confidence to try black diamond runs. (all
chairlifts)
●Black Diamonds - Advanced skiers in this group can ski all
over the mountain and enjoy moguls. |
 | Double Black Diamonds - Skiers in this group have no
difficulty skiing in all snow conditions and on all runs. (this class
needs a min. of 5 students for it to run) |
